What does a typical training session include?
Our training consists of physical exercises, movement sequences and pair exercises. The training is non-contact, meaning this is not a contact sport. During the training you will develop strength, mobility, concentration and sword handling skills in a safe environment.
Can I participate in competitions?
Yes! Participation in competitions is optional. If you enjoy testing your skills in a competitive setting, you are welcome to take part in national and international events.
Are classes available in English?
Absolutely. All our training sessions are conducted in Finnish and English, so non-Finnish speakers are welcome to join without any language barrier.
Can kids and families train together?
Yes! The classes are open to children over 12 years old and adults. Families are also welcome, parents and children can train together in the same class, which makes training fun and promotes a healthy lifestyle.
Do I need prior experience?
No prior experience is needed.
